Intermediate Salsa Routine (Romantic)

I have posted this routine to show that not ALL Salsa Routines have to be Frantic Exercise Workouts... Some Salsa Music can be Slow and/or Romantic and your dancing should reflect that. Remember (Men) when you are dancing with your partner that what you lead and how you dance should not only be on time, but also relevant to the music you are dancing to...

Otherwise you are not Dancing, and just trying out a few moves while there just happens to be some music playing in the background.

Friday Night 'Latin Fiesta' at Las Iguanas - Lakeside

This Friday 31st July 2009 sees the launch of Essex's only regular, weekly Party Night which will be hosted by Las Iguanas - Lakeside.

Join us Fridays for our weekly LATIN FIESTA!

The evening starts with NY Style Salsa classes for All levels from 9-10pm (Beginners Welcome & No Partner Required) taught by Stuart, Joe & the Team.

The classes are then followed by a Latin Disco till 2am, playing Latin Party music to suit all tastes, including Salsa, Mambo, Cha Cha Cha, Reggaeton, Merengue & Bachata along with a wide range of other popular Latin & R'n'B music.
